Within the property there are three bedrooms sleeping five or six in the three bedrooms. However it’s ideally suited to sleep five in exceptional comfort. The principal bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second room has twin beds and the third bedroom has a single bed and an additional Z-bed can be made up, just in case. The living space is excellent with an open fire for those afternoons and evenings where you want to curl up and keep cosy. For preparing and enjoying meals, the well-equipped kitchen is ideal. On sunny days, guests can enjoy the well kept, landscaped gardens to both the front and back. A three-minute walk will take you to the River Tweed, which be enjoyed by all due to the wildlife and beautiful surroundings, plus a 9-minute walk to Norham Castle. A trip to Berwick is a must where you can stroll the city walls or even arrange a boat trip. The coastal stretch of beach at Goswick stretches down as far as the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, and occasionally you may find yourselves being the only people on the beach. The nearby River Tweed is famed the world over for its salmon fishing, however it should be noted that fishing is strictly by permit only, which can be purchased from the village pub.
