Tigh Cruive is a middle cottage in a typical row of farm cottages neighbouring a working farm and with stunning views towards the Cheviots. This is the ideal place to enjoy your time in the Scottish Borders. Ideally suited to a family, this cottage will sleep four to five comfortably in the bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms, the larger one, has a kingsize bed and the other two have one single bed each, one with a secondary pull-out. The bathroom is modern, exceptionally well presented and has a bath and over-bath shower. Downstairs the main living space again is exceptionally well presented and comfortable with a wood burner in the living room which also has a selection of 12in vinyl records and a record player which undoubtedly will blow the minds of the kids and take the grown-ups on a walk down memory lane. The kitchen and dining room have been updated with all the appliances you would need for a trip away and the traditional dining table will sit six more than comfortably. Kelso and the area around this house are steeped in history. Take a trip into Kelso and wander round the shops, cafes and attractions, or take a day at the famous Kelso Races. The beaches on Northumberland in England’s’ north east are surprisingly easily reachable as is Scotland’s capital city, Edinburgh.
