Daisy
Daisy is a lodge in St Harmon, near Rhayader. It's detached and sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The place is all on the ground floor. There's an enclosed garden that's just for you, and a private hot tub. Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, WiFi, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
You can walk to the Gilfach Nature Reserve from the door. It's got moorland, woods, and waterfalls. Rhayader is a few minutes' drive. It's a small market town with shops, cafes, and places to eat.
The main thing round here is the Elan Valley. The scenery is really good, with forests and big Victorian dams. It's great for walking or cycling. The red kite feeding centre is nearby too, which is interesting to see.
Within about half an hour, you can get to Llandrindod Wells, which is a spa town with a golf course. Builth Wells is a bit further, where the Royal Welsh Showground is. The Brecon Beacons are about an hour's drive if you want a bigger day out.
