Cwmfron House

Cwmfron House is in Tylwch, near Llanidloes. It's a detached house, so no neighbours attached. There's a private drive and the garden goes all the way around.

It sleeps six, in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The ground floor is accessible, but there's a step at the front door. Just so you know.

The location is properly rural. You look out at fields and hills. It's quiet. The town, Llanidloes, is about two miles away. It's got a Co-op, a few pubs, and some cafes. Everything you need.

The big thing to do round here is go to the Elan Valley. It's about a 20-minute drive. The scenery is amazing, all reservoirs and dams. Great for walking or cycling. The Red Kite feeding centre is near Rhayader, which is worth a trip.

If you want a proper day out, the Brecon Beacons are about an hour's drive. Pen y Fan is there if you're up for a climb. Closer by, the Hafren Forest has good walks and you can find the source of the River Severn.

In the house, you've got all the usual stuff: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed and there's a barbecue. Parking for a couple of cars on the drive.

No pets, I'm afraid.
