Walnut Tree Cottage offers a delightful retreat for up to five guests, making it an ideal base for families eager to explore the scenic Wiltshire countryside. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area, encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining space. Additionally, a ground-floor double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower provide convenience. Upstairs, you’ll discover a substantial twin room and a large single room, both with vaulted ceilings and Velux windows offering scenic views of the fields with horses and chickens. Another family-sized bathroom completes the upstairs accommodations.
Surrounded by lush green countryside, the cottage boasts an outdoor solar-heated swimming pool, available for use from the end of May until the end of August. The charming village of Broughton Gifford, with its network of footpaths and bridleways crisscrossing the farm, is within walking or cycling distance. The village pub welcomes guests with warm hospitality, excellent food, and fine ales.
