Park House
Park House is on the Isle of Arran, in a spot called Torbeg. It's a bungalow, so no stairs inside. It's quiet here, and the garden is fenced in. You get a good view of the hills from the back.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable and has what you need. We take two dogs.
You're a couple of minutes in the car from Blackwaterfoot village. That's where the shop is, and a couple of places to eat. The beach and the golf club are there too.
Arran's the sort of place you can do a lot or not much at all. The coast road goes right round the island. You can be in Brodick, where the ferry comes in, in about twenty minutes. The distillery is there if you want a tour. The mountain scenery in the north is proper walking country, like Goatfell. You might see red deer or seals, depends on the day.
In the house, there's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. Parking is right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them.
