Druid Farm Cottage is in Auchagallon, on the west side of Arran. It's detached. You're about five minutes' walk from the beach, just over a field or two. The view is the main thing – you look right out to sea and over to Kintyre.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms. One double downstairs, and two twin rooms upstairs. There's a bathroom on each floor, one with a shower, one with a bath. The living room has a woodburner and those sea views. The kitchen is a good size and leads out to the garden.
The garden isn't fenced all the way around, just so you know. If you've got a dog or small children, you'll want to keep an eye on them. There's plenty of space for parking right outside.
You've got the basics: wifi, a washing machine, bedding and towels are included. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well kept.
The local pub, shop, and a restaurant are about five miles away in Machrie or Blackwaterfoot. That's where you'll go for supplies or a meal out. There's good golf nearby if that's your thing. Fishing and horse riding are available locally too.
The cottage has level access at the entrance, so it's suitable for someone with limited mobility, though it's worth noting the shower is upstairs.
For getting out and about, Arran is brilliant for walking. The coast path is right there. The National Trust for Scotland looks after a lot of the island. The VisitScotland page for Arran has good general information for planning.
