Fromus Rise

A comfortable, modern, semi-detached house, Fromus Rise is an ideal base for a family holiday, with all the amenities of Saxmundham a short walk away and the picturesque coast only 15 minutes away. In addition to all the comfort inside, you can also enjoy the outdoors with a barbecue in the enclosed back garden.
On the ground floor, there is a comfy sitting area and an open-plan dining/kitchen area with French doors leading out into the back garden. There is enough space around the dining table for everyone to sit together and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms, and the third bedroom contains a single bed for children, with brightly coloured furniture and a dinosaur theme. The two double bedrooms each have king-size beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The town of Saxmundham hosts a market every Wednesday. There are also a number of shops and amenities in the area, so everything is very close by. Saxmundham is on the railway line from Ipswich to Lowestoft and you can connect from the London train in Ipswich. Along the coast are a number of towns and villages that are worth exploring. There are many restaurants, pubs and cafes to try around Aldeburgh, many serving fresh local produce including fish. Further north on the coast, Walberswick and Southwold have great beaches, a pier and Southwold is the home to the brewer, Adnams. You can also visit Snape Maltings. The concert hall is world-renowned, and in addition to the music festival in June and the Proms in August, there are many other concerts, exhibitions, and events throughout the year.
