White Cottage
Step inside and find a beautifully presented living room with feature fireplace and deep filled sofas which surround a large flat screen Smart TV. The sitting room is a really cosy spot to spend quality time with loved ones on an evening. The well present kitchen/dining room sits to the rear of the cottage and has lovely views and access to the garden. With a host of modern appliances including an eclectic oven and hob the chef in the group will be happy to create delicious meals in this kitchen!
In the corner, the stairs lead up to the first floor. The house bathroom which offers a bath with shower over sits between the two beautiful bedrooms. You can take your pick from a king-size double room which is decorated in tones of silver and dusky pink or a double room with a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. Both bedrooms retain the original feature fireplaces and offer luxury soft furnishings. White Cottage has a lovely cottage garden to the rear. A patio with seating sits close to the house and a neatly trimmed lawn with mature borders make up the rest. Enjoy an early morning coffee whilst planning the day ahead, or perhaps partake in an alfresco evening meal.
Just a few yards from the cottage is a lovely coffee shop selling the most delicious cakes, and just around the corner can be found a convenience store, the local village pub is also within walking distance. Slightly further afield is the port city of Hull, perfect for a day of retail therapy, or for a family-fun day out at one of the areas many attractions including The Deep, Ferens Art Gallery, the Streetlife Museum of Transport and much more to suit all tastes and ages.
The historic City of York is under an hour’s drive away and the bustling seaside towns of Hornsea, Bridlington and Filey are also within easy reach. This area is a walker and cyclists paradise, with miles of footpaths and cycle routes as well as the unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds if you have come to enjoy this area on foot or by bike you will not be disappointed.
