Edenside

This is Edenside. It's part of Armathwaite Manor, which is near Carlisle in Cumbria. It sleeps eight, has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, so you're not queueing for a shower. It's a five star place, which means it's high-spec. Big TV, good beds, that sort of thing.

The house is detached and you get a garden with a patio and a BBQ. There's a private hot tub. It's got underfloor heating and a woodburner. Beds are made up for you, towels are included. There's parking.

You can bring up to two dogs. There's a pub a short walk away in the village.

Armathwaite is on the Settle to Carlisle railway line if that's your thing. It's a good base for the northern Lakes. The Lake District National Park is about a twenty minute drive. Hadrian's Wall is about half an hour away. Scotland is under an hour's drive if you fancy a day trip.

You can book it with the other house next door, Meadow View, if you need space for more people.
