Alby Bungalow Cotehill

Alby Bungalow is in Cotehill, just outside Carlisle. It's a detached bungalow. That means no stairs inside, everything's on the ground floor.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and, usefully, three bathrooms. One less queue in the morning. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.

The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog. We allow one well-behaved pet. There's parking right there.

Inside, you've got the basics covered: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.

The location is quiet. There's a local pub within walking distance. For anything more, you'll want to drive into Carlisle. That's about a ten-minute drive. Carlisle Castle and the Tullie House museum are there if you're interested in the history.

The main reason people book, though, is to see the area. The Lake District is about a half-hour drive south. The Lake District National Park site has all the information for walking and routes. The Solway Coast is closer, maybe twenty minutes west, if you fancy a different coastline.
