Berrymoor Farm Cott High Bankhill

Berrymoor Farm Cott is in High Bankhill, near Kirkoswald in Cumbria. It's a ground floor place for two people, attached to our house. You've got your own little garden and patio out the front. The view is just fields and hills, it's very quiet.

It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. One bedroom with the bathroom ensuite. Everything's on the ground floor, no stairs. The shower has a seat in it.

There's a wood burning stove for colder nights. We've included WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a washing machine, a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is right outside.

You can walk straight from the door. There are footpaths all around here. The village, Kirkoswald, is about three quarters of a mile away. It's got a good shop and a couple of pubs. The village is nice, it often wins best-kept village. The church has its bell tower up on a separate hill, which is unusual.

You're in the Eden Valley. Ullswater at Pooley Bridge is about a 15 minute drive. Keswick and Derwent Water are maybe 40 minutes. Hadrian's Wall is easily reached from here, as is the Northern Pennines. The River Eden is close by if you fish.
