Golf View
This is Golf View. It's a detached house in Rosehill, near Aboyne in Aberdeenshire. The location is the main thing. It's right on the side of Aboyne Loch. You get good views over the water and across to the golf course.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It’s got a 4 Star rating. The upstairs master bedroom has a big window looking out over the loch. The main living area has patio doors that open onto decking right by the water.
Being there, you see a lot of wildlife from the house. Ospreys, deer, that sort of thing. On-site, you can arrange coarse fishing or stand-up paddleboarding directly with me. The Aboyne Golf Course is just over the loch if you play.
Aboyne village has shops and places to eat. It’s a good base for Royal Deeside. In summer, there are highland games at Aboyne, Ballater, and Braemar. For walking, you’ve got places like the Cambus O’ May forest or Muir of Dinnet nature reserve. Muir of Dinnet Reserve is about 15 minutes away by car.
Crathes Castle and Balmoral are within half an hour if you want a day out. For skiing or more hillwalking, the Cairngorms and the Lecht are within an hour’s drive.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot, highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. Parking on site. No pets, sorry.
