Golf View Rosehill

This place is called Golf View. It's in Rosehill, near Aboyne in Aberdeenshire.

It's a detached house that sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating.

The main thing is the position. It's right on the edge of Aboyne Loch. The big living area has patio doors that open straight onto a deck. You look straight out over the water to the golf course on the other side. You can see a fair bit of wildlife from there, like ospreys and deer.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a big window with the same view. Two of the bedrooms are twins.

If you want to do things on the loch itself, like coarse fishing or paddleboarding, you can arrange that directly. The Aboyne Golf Course is just over the water.

Aboyne village has shops and places to eat. It's a good base for this bit of Royal Deeside. In summer there are various highland games nearby, like at Aboyne and Braemar.

For walking and wildlife, the Muir of Dinnet Reserve isn't far. The Cairngorms National Park is within easy reach for hillwalking, or the ski slopes in winter. Balmoral and Crathes Castle are good for a day out.

In terms of what's here: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
