Pendle View Lodge is in Altham, Lancashire. It's a detached wooden lodge with a big deck all the way round. You get a clear view over fields towards Pendle Hill.
It sleeps five in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The other has a bunk setup, one double bed on the bottom and a single on top. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything's on the ground floor, which is handy.
The living room has a big TV and a wood burner. The kitchen is a decent size. The deck out front is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids. There's a hot tub there too. You can park two cars right by it.
There's a village pub about three-quarters of a mile away. Shops, a petrol station, and takeaways are a few miles away in Accrington.
Pendle Hill is right there for walking. It's about a twenty minute drive to get into the Forest of Bowland. Skipton and the start of the Yorkshire Dales are under an hour's drive. Preston city centre is about forty minutes the other way.
Facilities: all bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine. WiFi. The place is wheelchair accessible at the entrance. Pets are allowed, up to two.
