This is Pendle View Lodge in Altham. It's a detached lodge on the edge of the village, so it's quiet. You look out over fields towards Pendle Hill.
It sleeps five in two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living room has a wood burner and a very large TV. The decking wraps around the front and side, it's enclosed, and there's a hot tub. You can park two cars.
The village pub is about three quarters of a mile away. There are shops and a petrol station a couple of miles away in Clayton-le-Moors.
You're right on the edge of good walking country. Pendle Hill is a short drive. The Forest of Bowland is about twenty minutes by car. Skipton and the edge of the Yorkshire Dales are about forty minutes away. Preston city centre is under an hour.
It's got a 4 Star rating. The entrance and main rooms are all on the ground floor. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
