This is No.3 Meynell Mews in Breedon on the Hill. It's one of three cottages built together. They're Grade II listed so they're proper old buildings, but they've been done up inside.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well kept. Everything you need is there.
The location is good. You're in a village in the countryside, but you're only about twenty minutes from East Midlands Airport if you're flying in. The village pub is a hundred yards away. There's a shop about five minutes walk.
For things to do, Melbourne is a nice market town about ten minutes drive. It has some good places to eat. Ashby de la Zouch is a bit further. Calke Abbey is close by, that's National Trust. Willington Marina is about four miles if you're interested in boats. Donington Park is just down the road for race events.
The Peak District is within half an hour. You can get to places like Chatsworth or Bakewell fairly easily from here.
In terms of what's here: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a woodburning stove. The garden is yours to use. It's all on one level with a wheelchair accessible entrance. You can bring two dogs.
