Willow Tree Cottage
Willow Tree Cottage is on our farm here in Foxholes, North Yorkshire. It's a three-bedroom cottage that sleeps five. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The cottage has been restored. It's got a wood burner in the living room, which is nice to come back to after a day out. The garden is private and fully enclosed, so it's safe for kids. There's parking right outside.
Inside, you've got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The location is very rural. The shop is two miles away, and the nearest pub is about four miles. You're looking out over farmland. You often see hares in the fields, and sometimes deer.
It's good walking country. The Yorkshire Wolds Way long-distance path is nearby. Cyclists like it here too. The coast is about a 20-minute drive. Bridlington, Filey, and Scarborough are all within easy reach. The RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is close for seeing seabirds like puffins.
York is less than an hour's drive if you want a city day for shopping or the Minster.
No pets, I'm afraid. If you need more space, we also have Elm Tree Cottage next door, and both can be booked together.
