The Dairy

The Dairy is a converted barn in Langtoft. It's one of three here on the farm. The owners live in the main house. It's all single-storey, so no stairs to worry about.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a good standard.

The main room is open plan. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Outside, there's an enclosed terrace with a hot tub. You can bring one dog.

It's a quiet spot. The nearest shop and pub are about three miles away in Driffield. Driffield is a market town, handy for groceries. For a pub meal, you might want to drive a bit further. There are plenty around.

The Yorkshire Wolds are right on the doorstep for walking. It's proper rolling countryside, good for a ramble. The coast is about a 25-minute drive. Bridlington and Filey are the main spots for a beach day.

If you fancy a day out, Beverley is about half an hour away. It's a nice town with a minster. York is under an hour's drive. For stately homes, Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall are both within a 30-minute drive.

Included in the price: all bedding, towels, electricity, and parking. There's a cot and a highchair if needed. The garden is enclosed.
