The Granary
The Granary is on our farm on the edge of Langtoft village. It's one of three barns we've converted, all in a row. This one sleeps eight.
It's got four bedrooms and four bathrooms, which is handy with that many people. Everything's on one level except for one mezzanine bedroom, which is up some open-tread stairs. Those stairs are a bit steep, so watch your step.
There's a wood burner for colder nights. The kitchen is modern. The garden is enclosed, with a patio and a hot tub. We live on site, so if you need anything or have a question, we're just across the yard.
You're right in the Yorkshire Wolds here. Good walking country straight from the door. The nearest shop and pub are about three miles away in Langtoft village itself.
Driffield is the nearest proper town, about ten minutes by car. Bridlington and the coast are roughly half an hour's drive. Filey and Hornsea are a bit further. The North York Moors are about 45 minutes away if you fancy a change from the Wolds.
For a day out, Beverley is lovely and under half an hour. York is about an hour. There are some big houses nearby too, like Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall.
Facilities wise: it's all there. Wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. The property is wheelchair accessible. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
