Driftwood is a bungalow in Southerness. It's right on the coast. You step out the door and you're basically on the beach. The view is the main thing. You get the sea on one side and hills on the other.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One has a walk-in shower and is wheelchair friendly. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, not posh. The living room is open plan and has big windows so you can see the view from inside.
The property borders the golf course. You can hear people playing sometimes. The village is small. There's a shop about 500 yards away and a pub 400 yards. They're handy.
You can walk for miles on the sand. There are rock pools. The RSPB reserve at Mersehead is along the coast if you like birds. For other days out, Sweetheart Abbey and Drumlanrig Castle are within half an hour. Mabie Forest has good cycle routes.
We allow two pets. There's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
