The Barn Lochearnhead

The Barn is on the main road just outside Lochearnhead. It's a detached stone building, so you're on your own. It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The main room is open plan. The big window at the gable end looks straight out at the hills. You can sit and watch the weather come in. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings.

The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've brought a dog. We allow one well-behaved pet. There's parking right there on the property.

Lochearnhead village is about a mile down the road. There's a shop and a couple of pubs that do food. The loch is the main thing here. It's famous for water sports. If you've got your own boat, there's free mooring less than a mile away.

For walking, you're right in the Southern Highlands. You can start from the door. The Falls of Dochart at Killin are about a ten minute drive. Perth is roughly 35 miles if you need a city trip.

Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if required. Bedding and towels are included.
