The Barn
The Barn is on the main road between Lochearnhead and Killin. It’s about a fifteen minute walk into the village, less if you’re quick. It’s detached, with its own garden that’s fully enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is downstairs. The main thing you’ll notice is the big glass window at the gable end. It looks straight out at the hills. The living area is all open plan, so it’s a good space if everyone’s in together. There’s a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.
The village has a shop and a couple of places to eat. Lochearnhead is known for watersports on Loch Earn. If you've got your own boat, there’s free mooring less than a mile away. The local golf course is just outside the village.
Killin is about ten minutes west by car. The Falls of Dochart are there, right by the bridge. For a bigger town, Callander is about twenty minutes south. Perth is about an hour’s drive if you need city shops or the station.
For facilities, it’s got what you’d expect: wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
