This is Larch. It's one of three lodges here, all on one level. They're good if stairs are a problem. It's on a big estate with fields and ponds, about thirty acres. You can walk straight out from the door.
The lodge sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. You get a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. The towels and bedding are included.
There's a tennis and basketball court, and a kids' play area. If you fish, there are trout ponds on site. It's catch and release, fly fishing only. You need your own gear.
Killin village is about a mile away. You can walk it on a path. There's a shop, a couple of pubs, places to eat, and a small golf course. The Falls of Dochart are right in the village.
You're in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. For walking, Ben Lawers is nearby. Loch Tay is close for water sports. You can drive to Glen Coe or Stirling within an hour.
You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside.
