Casa Duran
Casa Duran is a semi-detached cottage in Killin. It's on the edge of the village, so you get a view over the fields but you can still walk to the pub in five minutes. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The living room has French doors that open onto a patio. It's a good spot if the sun's out. You might see red squirrels or deer in the garden, but no promises.
Inside, it's straightforward. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The stairs are a typical cottage size. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
You can walk from the door. The Falls of Dochart are right in the village. For longer walks, you're in the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The rivers nearby are known for fishing if that's your thing.
Killin has a couple of shops, cafes, and a few pubs that do food. The village has Highland Games in the summer. For a day out, you're about half an hour from places like Kilchurn Castle or some of the whisky distilleries around Perthshire.
There's parking on site. If you need more space, we have another cottage next door that can be booked together with this one.
