Tigh Raineach
Tigh Raineach is a bungalow in Strathyre. It's detached and has an enclosed garden. Sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's well equipped, not ultra luxury. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one level. No stairs to worry about.
The garden has a patio with seating, and a garden room you can use if the weather isn't great. You get a good view of the hills from there. There's also a hot tub. And a wood burning stove for colder nights.
Inside, there's a big dining table, a washing machine, dishwasher, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. We can take up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
You can park right outside.
Strathyre is a small village. There's a shop, a café, and a pub all within walking distance. You're right in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. There are woodland walks and cycle paths that start practically from the door.
Callander is about a ten minute drive. It's got shops, places to eat, and a visitor centre. Loch Katrine and the Falls of Dochart at Killin are within half an hour. You can get to Loch Lomond, Stirling, or Fort William in under an hour if you want to explore further.
