Castle View
It’s called Castle View, and that’s exactly what you get. You can see the castle and the river from the garden. It’s outside Richmond itself, up on a bit of a hill. Quiet spot.
The house is detached and sleeps six. Three bedrooms and, usefully, three bathrooms. One each. It's modern inside, comfortable. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and everything works.
The garden is enclosed and private. You can sit out there with a drink. There’s a woodburner for cooler evenings, and parking right there.
There’s a pub and a restaurant about 200 yards down the lane. The town centre, with the market square and shops, is about half a mile. You can walk it.
You’re two miles from the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Good walking straight from the door if you want it. The local area is good for fishing and there’s a golf course nearby.
For a day out, Richmond itself has the castle and a theatre. Further afield, you can get to York, Ripon, or Harrogate in under an hour.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, I'm afraid.
