Woodland View is on the canal edge about ten minutes walk from the town centre of Hebden Bridge. It's a whole house just for you.
It's a one-bedroom cottage, so it sleeps two people. It's got a 4 Star rating. The layout is open plan downstairs, with the kitchen and living room together. There's a wood burner for cool evenings. Upstairs is the double bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
It's on the towpath, so you can walk straight out along the canal. The walk into Hebden Bridge is along there, past the boats. The town has a lot of independent shops and cafes. There's a co-op for groceries.
Hardcastle Crags is about a mile away up the valley. It's a National Trust woodland with good walking paths and a mill. National Trust Hardcastle Crags.
You can drive up to Heptonstall in about five minutes. It's an old village with a historic church and cobbled streets. Haworth, where the Brontës lived, is about a twenty-minute drive. The Brontë Parsonage Museum is there.
For walking, you're on the edge of the Pennine Way. You can also get up onto the moors quite easily from here.
