Buttress Retreat

Buttress Retreat is in Hebden Bridge. It's a house for two people, on one of the steep, cobbled streets behind the town centre. You can walk into the centre in a few minutes.

It's one bedroom, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. The bedroom is upstairs with the en-suite shower room. The stairs are fairly steep, just so you know. Downstairs is all open plan: a living space with a TV and an electric stove, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. It's been done up nicely.

You can bring one dog. Wi-Fi is included, as are bedding and towels.

Hebden Bridge itself has everything you need: shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants. Some of it was used as a filming location for 'Happy Valley'.

For walks, Hardcastle Crags is just outside the town. It's a good spot. Haworth, which is known for the Brontës, is about a 15-minute drive. You can get up onto the moors from there.

Further afield, you could drive to Haworth, or into Keighley which has more options for shopping. The whole area is good for walking.
