West Nevay Farm House is over near Balkeerie, on the edge of Angus and Perthshire. It's a single house, not attached to anything. You're in the middle of fields, so it's quiet.
The house sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which helps. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. It's on a working farm, so you'll see tractors and livestock around. That comes with the views.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove in the living room. The windows are big, so you get a good look at the landscape. There's a proper garden and patio with furniture. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, WiFi, a cot, and parking right outside.
The location is good for getting out. Blairgowrie is about a ten minute drive. They've got shops and places to eat. The River Ericht walks are lovely. The Cateran Trail goes through here if you like long-distance walking.
You're half an hour from a few things. Glenshee is up the road for skiing in winter or walking in summer. Golf at Strathmore or Blairgowrie is within that drive. Perth is also about 30 minutes away for a bigger town, with Scone Palace and the museum.
For wildlife, the Loch of the Lowes visitor centre isn't far. You might see ospreys or red squirrels around here too.
You can bring up to two dogs. Just please keep them under control because of the farm animals.
