Bears Court Unit 5 Little Rissington

Bears Court Unit 5 is a modern barn conversion in Little Rissington. It's one of eight properties here. You get your own private garden and a hot tub.

The place sleeps eight. It's got four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well-finished. Everything's clean and works as it should.

Inside, it's all open plan downstairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's underfloor heating. We've got an electric vehicle charger on site too.

The stairs are open-tread, so if you've got very small children you'll want to keep an eye on them. The garden is enclosed, but it's not fortress-like, so dogs and kids need watching.

You're right in the countryside here. The village is quiet. For a pub, you'll need to drive. Bourton-on-the-Water is about ten minutes away by car.

If you want to walk, you can step straight out onto the footpaths. For a proper day out, Blenheim Palace is about 40 minutes' drive. The Cotswolds website has good information on the area. For local history and walks, the National Trust has several places nearby, like Hidcote and Chastleton House, which are within half an hour.

You can bring one well-behaved dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
