The Old School House is on the edge of Icomb village. It's detached, so you're not sharing any walls with anyone. It's stone-built, like most things around here. The views out the back are over the Evenlode Valley, which is just fields and a few trees really.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-kept. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids. There's a cot and a highchair in the cupboard under the stairs.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. All the bedding and towels are included.
The village is quiet. There's no shop or pub here, you'd need to drive. Stow-on-the-Wold is about ten minutes away by car. You can get everything there. Bourton-on-the-Water and Moreton-in-Marsh are within a twenty minute drive. For a bigger day out, Oxford is maybe 40 minutes. Cheltenham is about half an hour.
If you like walking, you can start from the door. The footpaths go out into the fields. For a specific walk, the Cotswolds National Landscape website has maps. Blenheim Palace is about a twenty-five minute drive. The English Heritage and National Trust sites are useful for planning trips to places like Stratford or the bigger estates.
No pets, I'm afraid.
