Lantern Cottage Longborough

This is Lantern Cottage. It's in Longborough, which is a small village between Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold.

It's a Cotswold stone cottage, semi-detached. The garden has been done up nicely. You can sit out there and it gets the sun.

It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One has a shower, the other has a bath. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and maintained. Everything is clean and in good order.

The village shop and pub are a five minute walk. The pub is a proper local one. Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow have more pubs and restaurants.

There are good walks straight from the door. You can pick up the Monarch’s Way or the Heart of England Way footpaths. For other days out, Sezincote Gardens are close. Batsford Arboretum is about ten minutes by car. The Cotswold Farm Park is good if you have children.

Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, and a wood burning stove. There's parking for one car on the gravel area at the front. WiFi works. Bedding and towels are included.
