Primrose Cottage
This is Primrose Cottage. It’s in Little Rissington, a small village in Gloucestershire. It’s quiet here.
The cottage sleeps six. There are three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. The bathroom is fine, it’s just a bathroom. The stairs are cottage stairs, so they turn a corner and are a bit steep. Something to know.
There’s a living and dining room, and the kitchen was done up recently. It has what you’d expect: a dishwasher, washing machine, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included.
Outside there’s a garden. It gets the sun in the afternoon. It’s enclosed and there’s parking.
Bourton-on-the-Water is about a mile away. You can walk it if you don’t mind a bit of a lane. It’s got shops, cafes, and a few attractions like Birdland and the motoring museum. Stow-on-the-Wold is about three miles. Moreton-in-Marsh, Broadway, and Burford are all within about a twenty minute drive.
For a day out, Cheltenham is about half an hour. It’s a regency town with shops and the racecourse. Gloucester is about the same, for the cathedral. If you like walking, you can start from the door or drive into the Cotswolds.
There are a few National Trust places nearby. Snowshill Manor is popular. For gardens, Hidcote is about forty minutes away.
The facilities list is mostly what you see. There’s WiFi and a TV. No pets, sorry. Just say if you need a cot.
