Awel Y Mor is in Penrhosfeilw on Anglesey. It’s a detached micro lodge, so it’s compact. The main thing is the view. It looks right out over the sea. You can see Holyhead Mountain from there.
The place has a 5 Star rating. It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. You can bring one dog.
It sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Out the door, you’re straight onto coastal paths. The RSPB reserve at South Stack is a few minutes’ walk. You’ll see seabirds, puffins in season, and seals in the water below.
The hot tub is on the patio, facing the sea. The garden is enclosed. There's an electric vehicle charger and on site parking.
For a beach, Porth Dafarch is about a mile down the road. It’s a sandy cove. Trearddur Bay is a bit further, maybe ten minutes by car. That’s where you’ll find a few pubs, shops, and places to eat.
If you want to drive out, Beaumaris with its castle is about 45 minutes away. Newborough Beach and Llanddwyn Island are roughly 40 minutes. The Anglesey Sea Zoo is about half an hour.
You’re not far from Snowdonia. It’s just over the bridge. You can be at the foot of Mount Snowdon or in Betws-y-Coed in under 30 minutes.
Inside, it’s got a dishwasher, WiFi, and bedding is provided. There’s a cot and highchair if you need them.
