Blue Inkle West Quantoxhead

Blue Inkle is our annexe in West Quantoxhead. It’s at the foot of the Quantock Hills. It’s for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. We finished renovating it in 2024.

The upstairs is open plan. Living room, kitchen, dining area. There are French doors that open onto a small balcony. You can see the fields and the Bristol Channel from there.

Downstairs is the bedroom. It’s got French doors out to the patio and a super king bed that can be split into two singles if you prefer. There’s a walk-in wardrobe and a utility area with a washer and dryer tucked around the corner.

The bathroom is on the ground floor between the two levels. It has a shower and a bath.

Outside, there’s a patio area with a table, partly covered. The garden is shared with the main house. There’s a small pond and a covered dining space we all use. Parking is for one car.

The kitchen has a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi is there. You can bring up to two dogs.

The local village pub is about a ten minute walk. The coast path is two miles away. Good walks start right from the door, like the Coleridge Way. The Quantocks are on your doorstep. Exmoor and the Brendon Hills are about a 30 minute drive.
