Honeysuckle Cottage is in the middle of Watchet, near the harbour. It's a semi-detached cottage, two up, two down. It gets the railway line steam engines chuffing past, which I think is nice, but the noise isn't for everyone if you like it very quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable. It's all on one level from the street, which can be useful.
The courtyard is enclosed, so it's fine for sitting out. The main living area is open plan.
The town is right there. You've got the harbour, a few shops, and some pubs that do food within a few minutes' walk. The West Somerset Railway station is nearby if you fancy a steam train trip.
For a proper walk, you can pick up the South West Coast Path from the town. Exmoor is about a twenty-minute drive inland. Dunster Castle is about fifteen minutes by car, and the village there is worth a look. Minehead is ten miles along the coast for a promenade and shops. The beaches at Dunster and Blue Anchor are shingle and sand, good for a paddle.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a woodburning stove for winter, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car on the drive. No pets, sorry.
