The Old Priory Cottage is in Dunster. It's semi-detached, with its own garden. The property sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and there are two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place.
It's an old building. Parts of it are 12th century, so the stairs are steep and the doorways are low in places. There's an old fireplace. The garden backs onto the churchyard, which is open to the public, so you might see people there sometimes. The church clock chimes on the hour.
The village is about a five minute walk away. There's a shop, pubs, and cafes. You don't really need to drive once you're here unless you want to.
Dunster Castle is up the hill, run by the National Trust. The working watermill is part of the same site. The beach at Dunster is about a twenty minute walk.
You can get the steam train from Dunster station. It goes to Minehead one way and Bishops Lydeard the other. The West Somerset Railway website has timetables.
Exmoor is right there. For walks and information, the Exmoor National Park site is useful. Porlock and Watchet are about a fifteen minute drive along the coast.
Facilities: there's parking for one car, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a woodburner. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance and one bedroom are on the ground floor, but there are steps inside to other rooms, so wheelchair access isn't full.
