Thornes Farm Annexe Weacombe

Thornes Farm Annexe is here in Weacombe. It's part of our farmhouse, but separate. You've got your own front door and garden.

It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. There's a step up from the hall into the kitchen area, and a step down from the living room to the bedrooms. Just so you know.

The living room has French doors that open onto a little patio. It gets the sun in the morning. There's a bigger enclosed courtyard at the front that gets the afternoon sun. Good for sitting out. The garden looks over our fields.

We run the farm, so there are animals around. Horses, cows, sheep. Sometimes in spring there are lambs and calves. You're welcome to come and see them if we're about. We can arrange stabling for horses if you need it.

The Quantock Hills are right there for walking. The National Trust Quantock Hills page has maps. The Coleridge Way path is about half a mile away.

Watchet harbour is about three miles. Minehead beach is about seven miles. The West Somerset Railway steam trains run from there. Exmoor is about a twenty minute drive. Useful links for planning: Exmoor National Park and Visit Somerset.

There are two pubs within about a mile and a quarter. Both do food.

For the house, you've got a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We allow up to two dogs.
