Primrose is one of four cottages here at Bincombe, not far from Over Stowey. They were all newly built in 2021. It's a terrace, so you've got neighbours on one side, but the front and back gardens are yours.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, both on the ground floor. They've got zip-and-link super king beds, so you can have them as twins if you prefer. One bedroom has an ensuite shower. There's also a single bed in the second bedroom. Another full bathroom with a bath and a shower sits between that bedroom and the hall.
The kitchen, living and dining area is upstairs. That's to make the most of the view. You can see the Somerset coast from there, and on a very clear day you can see Glastonbury Tor in the distance. Doors lead out to a balcony. The garden is enclosed, with outdoor seating, a barbecue, and a private hot tub.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard. Underfloor heating throughout, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. There's an electric vehicle charger on site. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
You're right at the foot of the Quantock Hills. Good walking from the door. The village of Nether Stowey, with a shop and pubs, is about a mile away.
Kilve beach, which is good for fossil hunting, is about four miles. The coastal towns like Minehead, Watchet, and Burnham-on-Sea are within a 30 minute drive. Exmoor National Park isn't far either, for more walking or a trip to places like Lynton and Lynmouth.
Further afield, you've got Wells, Dunster Castle, and the Clarks Village outlet in Street, all about half an hour away by car.
