Bluebell Cottage Aley

Bluebell Cottage is in Aley, in Somerset. It's a detached bungalow, all on one floor, which I find people like. It's right at the bottom of the Quantock Hills, so you can walk straight onto the footpaths from the back.

It sleeps two in one bedroom, with one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been renovated so it's in good order. It's not huge, but it's comfortable for a couple.

The garden is enclosed and there's a decent patio. It gets the morning sun, so having breakfast out there is nice.

There's a shop and a couple of pubs that do food in Nether Stowey, about a mile and a half away. The beach at Kilve is good for fossils, it's about four miles. Minehead and Burnham are a bit further if you want sand.

You're well placed for driving to things. Dunster Castle is about 20 minutes. Exmoor is maybe half an hour. Wells and Glastonbury are also in that sort of range. Taunton is about nine miles for bigger shops.

Inside, it's open plan. There's a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot if you need one.
