Hazel Studio is in Rafford, near Forres. It's a single storey timber building, one of six here. It's on a working farm, so you'll see horses and chickens around. The view from the big windows is over a paddock with some trees and ponds.
It sleeps three, with one main space. There's a kingsize bed that can be split into two singles if you ask beforehand. The bathroom is a walk-in wet room. Everything is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs at all.
The space is open plan. It's done plainly with wood and feels quite clean and simple. There's a kitchen area with what you need for basic meals. Outside, there's a veranda you share with the studio next door.
You're a few miles from the coast. Findhorn village and the beach at Burghead are about a 15-minute drive. Forres has shops and pubs, that's maybe 10 minutes by car. If you want to go further, Inverness is 45 minutes and Aberdeen is just over an hour.
The area is good for walking. You're not far from the Moray Coast Trail. For castles and historic sites, Brodie Castle is very close. If you're here for the whisky, Speyside and lots of distilleries are within a 30-minute drive.
What's here: WiFi, parking right outside, all bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a patio garden area. Because there are other properties here, it can work for a group if you book more than one.
