Court House Halsall

This is Court House. It's in Halsall, which is in West Lancashire. It was a farmhouse before. It's down a long private driveway and feels quite quiet because of all the trees around it.

It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms upstairs: two doubles and one twin. There's a bathroom up there too, with a shower and a bath.

Downstairs there's a living room and a kitchen with a table to eat at. Everything you'd need is there. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.

Up another flight of stairs is the top floor. That's a second sitting area with a wooden ceiling. That's also where the sauna is. There's another shower room up there too. The stairs to that top floor are quite steep, just so you know.

Outside there's a lawn with some garden furniture.

You can bring up to two dogs.

The village has a shop and a couple of pubs. Ormskirk is a short drive for more shops and a market. Southport is about six miles away. It's a classic seaside town with a pier and a wide beach. The beach at Ainsdale is good for dogs.

If you like walking, the Leeds and Liverpool Canal path is right nearby. For golf, Hesketh Golf Club is close and Royal Birkdale is not far.

Liverpool is about a 40-minute drive. You've got all the museums and the waterfront there. In the other direction, you can get to the edge of the Lake District in just over an hour.
