Tormaukin House is an old drover's inn in Glendevon, from about the 1720s. It's big. It sleeps 21 people across 10 bedrooms and every room has its own bathroom. That's the main thing you need to know.
We've kept it as an inn, so it's got a proper pub bar with working pumps. We can arrange a draught beer for you if you want to play landlord for the week. There's also a whisky room with a wood burner if that's more your thing.
The place is set up for big groups. The kitchen is commercial style. You can self-cater, or we can arrange a private chef for meals if you'd rather not cook. It's good for reunions or celebrations.
There are three bedrooms in an annexe next door. They have their own private entrances. Those are the pet-friendly rooms, you can bring up to three dogs.
Outside, there's a patio and garden. The glen itself is right there for walks. It's quiet.
Location wise, Gleneagles is about a 10 minute drive for the golf. Perth and Stirling are maybe 25 minutes. You can get to Edinburgh or Glasgow in under an hour if you want a day in the city.
A few practical things: it's detached, there's parking, bedding and towels are included, and there's WiFi. The billiards room has an antique pool table and a darts board.
