Pennant
The house is called Pennant. It's near the village of Llanerfyl in Powys, Mid Wales. It's a detached house, up its own track, so it's quiet.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and, usefully, three bathrooms. One is on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and well-equipped, not an old cottage. The living room has a wood burner. The kitchen is open plan and leads into a conservatory which has a football table.
The main thing people like is the space, inside and out. There's a large garden and a hot tub. Please don't use the hot tub on the morning you leave.
You're out in the country here. The nearest pub and shop are in Llanerfyl village, a short drive away. For a bigger shop or a restaurant, Welshpool is about a 20 minute drive. It's a nice market town. Powis Castle is there, which is worth a visit.
You can walk straight from the door into the hills. If you drive for half an hour, you can get deeper into the Snowdonia National Park. The coast at Barmouth is about 45 minutes away.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for a few cars on the gravel area. Sorry, no pets.
