Llofft Stabal
Llofft Stabal is on our farm in Llanerfyl. It's a stable loft we converted. It's attached to another smaller loft but you've got your own space.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got that 4 Star rating, which basically means it's comfortable and well-equipped. A big plus is there are no steps or stairs at all to get in, which is good if you have trouble with mobility.
You're right on the farm here, so you'll see the animals coming and going. There's fishing on the river that runs through the land, if that's your thing.
The Banwy Valley is quiet. Good for walks straight from the door, or for cycling. For a pub, the nearest hotel with a bar is about two miles away in the village.
You can drive to a fair bit from here. Lake Vyrnwy is lovely for a walk around the reservoir, maybe twenty minutes by car. Powis Castle in Welshpool is about half an hour. The Llanfair Light Railway is a nice little trip if you like that sort of thing. For something more active, Coed-y-Brenin forest has mountain bike trails, that's a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
For facilities: you've got a wood burner, a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. There's a patio area with a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside. No pets, I'm afraid, because of the farm.
