The Dairy @ Kevans has been renovated and refurbished in 2021 and is a delightful annex to the Farmhouse at Kevans Farm. A delightful little cottage, warm and comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a lovely holiday in this delightful area. The hot tub in the garden at The Dairy @ Kevans is the perfect spot to relax, watching the sun set after a day exploring this stunning area. The area surrounding The Dairy @ Kevans is breathtaking, from the rugged coastlines and secluded sandy beaches and then inland, The Galloway Forest Park, Britian’s largest forest park with 300 square miles of wild beauty and where you will find the world renowned 7Stanes Mountain bike trail at Kirroughtree.

A short 5-minute drive from The Dairy @ Kevans will take you to the Isle of Whithorn an attractive little harbour village where you can sail, fish or just sit and relax overlooking the Bay while perhaps enjoying a meal or glass of wine in the pub or tearoom. Visit Wigtown, which has officially been designated as Scotland’s National Book Town with a wide range of book related businesses, a book lovers haven. The larger town of Newton Stewart, known as the Gateway to the Galloway Hills, also has many excellent shops and places to eat. Further along the coast you can visit many pretty little ports like Sandhead and Portpatrick, or visit Scotland’s most southerly point, the RSPB Scotland Mull of Galloway Nature Reserve, where thousands of seabirds nest in the cliff face during the spring and summer.
