Ryecroft Cottage is near Hepple. It's in the Northumberland National Park. It's a stone cottage, all on one level. You can see fields from the windows.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. The lounge has an open log fire. The kitchen has everything you need, including a washing machine.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy. There's a picnic table outside. Right opposite the cottage is a private nature reserve. You can walk through it. We see red squirrels and woodpeckers at the bird table sometimes.
The nearest shop and pub are about five miles away in Rothbury. Rothbury is a proper little town with a Co-op and a few places to eat. For a bigger shop, Morpeth is about a 25 minute drive.
You're in a good spot for the coast. Alnmouth and Alnwick are maybe half an hour. Alnwick Castle is there, that's the one from the Harry Potter films. The actual Northumberland coast, like Craster and Bamburgh, is about 40 minutes. It's worth the drive.
For walking, you're right in it. You can step out the door. The Cheviot hills are all around. Hadrian's Wall is less than an hour's drive, maybe 50 minutes.
There's parking for one car on the gravel outside. WiFi is there, but it's satellite so it can be a bit slow sometimes. No pets, sorry.
