Rozelle Villa
Rozelle Villa is a detached house in Ayr. It's on a residential street not far from the town centre. You can walk to the seafront in about fifteen minutes.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. The parking is on site. Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair and a cot if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The garden is mostly paved patio with a table and chairs. It's enclosed.
The beach is sandy and the promenade is good for walks. The town has the usual shops, a cinema, and places to eat. Prestwick and Troon are along the coast. You can see Arran across the water on a clear day.
For golf, there are local courses and Turnberry is about half an hour's drive. Culzean Castle is impressive and worth a visit. It's run by the National Trust for Scotland.
If you want a big day out, Galloway Forest Park is about thirty minutes south. It's huge. To the north, you can get to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park in just over an hour. You can also get the train to Glasgow from Ayr.
