Mount Farm - The Stable
Mount Farm - The Stable is a converted stable block on our farm in Blackford. It's a working farm, so you'll see us going about our day with the animals.
It sleeps up to seven people. There are three bedrooms, each with its own shower room. Everything is on the ground floor and the doorways are wide, so it's fine for a wheelchair.
The main living space is all one room. Kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The patio doors open straight out to your own enclosed garden. There's a hot tub out there.
The farm is in a quiet spot but you're only a ten minute drive from Carlisle. You can get to the start of Hadrian's Wall in about fifteen minutes. The English Heritage site at Birdoswald Fort is a good place to start for that. For the Lake District, you can be in Keswick in under half an hour.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi works. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is right outside.
