The owner has just lovingly renovated the property to a good standard and sitting in the front room on the comfy sofa you look out to fields and the sunsets are amazing.
Walking through the front door you enter the hallway and to your left is the open plan dining room, kitchen, and living room with a very comfy sofa. To the right you will find both bedrooms and the bathroom. At the back is theis a decking platform and running along the side of the property is a veranda and this is where you will find yourself in the evening enjoying the fantastic views and kick back and relax and soak it all up. Parking is located directly outside the property for your convenience.
Winchelsea Beach is just a very short walk away and it is a seaside village in the parish of Icklesham in the Rother district of East Sussex, England. The village is located about ten miles east of Hastings, and about 1. 5 miles Southeast of Winchelsea. The beach itself faces Rye Bay, the estuary of the River Rother. Both Winchelsea Beach and Pett Level Beaches are quiet beaches situated between the cliffs at Fairlight Cove, Hastings, and the expanse of flat sandy beach at Camber. They are shingle beaches in a quiet location away from traffic. Winchelsea beach is adjacent to an inshore area famous for its bird life, with the benefit of a sea wall, it is ideal for casual walks or playing on the beach. Pett Level beach is next to the cliffs and has access to the petrified forest at low tide.
Hibiscus is a mecca for the keen ornithologist and from the veranda you will spot many species. Sorry property isn’t suitable for children. Shingle surrounds the grounds and is in keeping with the beaches and respect must be paid to the neighbours on both sides. Hibiscus is located within a 15 min of a national trust nature site, as well as having paddle boarding, kite surfing and wind surfing all available locally.
