The cottage forms part of Hoad Farm, which dates back to the 13th century, and is set in a lovely elevated position, offering you a real getaway from the usual hustle and bustle. Despite its peaceful location, the cottage is perfectly located for easy access to Kent’s vibrant cities and coastal towns and offers a ’home from home’ experience for guests, with everything you need for your countryside escape.
The spacious open plan living area is comfortable and sociable, and all rooms lead onto the courtyard. The cottage is set in the grounds of the farm, surrounded by a formal garden and children’s play area.
