This lovely new build house is perfect for a family seaside getaway as it is located about 100 yards from the golden sands of Broadstairs main beach Viking Bay. The property is situated just off the main high street in a very quiet road yet walking distance to all the pubs, bars, cafés, and restaurants. Broadstairs has a wealth of restaurants and boutique shops/cafés as you would expect from a seaside town. The station is at the top of the high street which gives easy quick access to the surrounding towns such as Margate and Ramsgate or a little further out Canterbury or Whitstable.
